Hi,

Is it possible to import excel file and
is it possible to save as xml with this software?

import excel files
Yes, SmartDB will import Excel files.
However, Excel must be installed on your computer, since SmartDB does use it trought its OLE interface, to realize the import.
(The user does not event see that Excel is used : It is a silent operation made in background)


save as xml
This is the standard format used by SmartDB : When you import a Excel file "MyFile.XLS", it will produce a new file "MyFile.XML" Mr. Green
